Job summary

A leading construction management firm in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager (E2) to oversee project delivery from planning to closeout. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager (E2) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, from planning and design to construction and closeout. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of project delivery, including planning, design, construction, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or delays.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and internal teams to provide project updates and resolve any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract documents, and quality standards.
  • Manage project risk and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Mentor and supervise project team members.
  • Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
