Reports To: Client Routine Maintenance Section Manager / Operations Director
Direct Reports: Site Managers, Supervisors, Planners, HSE Team, Admin & Commercial Team
Position Type: Full-Time
Lead and manage the General Maintenance Services Contract at the Clients Petrochemical & Refinery complex.
Responsible for overall planning, execution, performance, compliance, manpower readiness, stakeholder coordination and commercial delivery of the maintenance contract to meet Client expectations, HSE standards, and long-term reliability goals.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
Experience
Minimum 15 years Oil & Gas / Petrochemical maintenance experience
Experience in mixed-feed cracker / polyethylene / aromatics units preferred
Proven ability to lead large multi-cultural teams within refinery environments
Preferred: PMP, IOSH/NEBOSH, API/ASME knowledge, SAP/CMMS proficiency
Willing to live full-time in KSA; flexibility to travel internationally
