Overview

Dokainish & Company is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator and Presentation Specialist (Aviation Industry) to support project teams with coordination, documentation management, and the development of high‑quality presentations, dashboards, and executive reports. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to support multidisciplinary teams within fast‑paced aviation or infrastructure project environments. This is a full‑time position, and the selected candidate must be based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project teams with day‑to‑day coordination, tracking of deliverables, and follow‑up on action items.
  • Prepare high‑quality presentations, dashboards, reports, and briefing documents for senior management and executive‑level stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, correspondence, schedules, and status reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of project progress updates, KPIs, and performance reporting.
  • Organize and support internal coordination meetings, client‑facing workshops, and technical review sessions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, planning, and project control teams to consolidate information for presentations and submissions.
  • Support document formatting, graphics, and layout to ensure clarity, professionalism, and consistency.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to project managers and leadership teams to enhance workflow efficiency.
Candidate Profile

Detail‑oriented coordinator with strong communication and analytical skills. Highly proficient in presentation development and document preparation for senior stakeholders. Organized, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Works well with engineering, project management, and executive teams in a collaborative environment. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.

Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within engineering, construction, or aviation projects.
  • Strong skills in preparing professional presentations, dashboards, and written reports for senior leadership.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite—especially PowerPoint and Excel; experience with visual design tools (e.g., Adobe, Canva, Visio) is an advantage.
  • Capable of managing documentation, meeting minutes, action tracking, and structured project communication.
  • Aviation project experience is preferred.
  • Must have full professional proficiency in the English language, with strong writing and communication capabilities.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint design and formatting skills.
  • Strong Excel skills for tracking, reporting, dashboard development, and data organization.
  • Familiarity with project management workflows, documentation standards, and coordination processes.
  • Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and consolidate multiple data sources into clear presentations.
Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Additional training in communication, design, or project coordination is a plus.

Location & Mobility

KSA-based. Regional travel flexibility required.
