Job Overview

We want to hire a competent Production Manager to organize and administer the manufacturing of goods. You will be responsible for the effective running of all the production units and the quality of output. You must have an extensive understanding of production procedures. We expect you to implement some innovative changes in our current production processes and make them more efficient. You should work together in collaboration with our Quality Control team to ensure that we manufacture a quality product. You should have excellent communication skills. In addition to this, you should also direct personnel towards utmost performance which will set you apart as a leader. Problem-solving and decision making will take up a great part of your day. If you have a prior experience in managing a manufacturing unit, we certainly would like to have you on board.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other managers to formulate objectives and understand the requirements better
