Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Specialist – Medical (Surgical, Mesh & Consumables) to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Makkah, ideal for candidates who are passionate about healthcare innovation and committed to clinical and commercial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Be physically based in Makkah and responsible for covering healthcare providers in the region.
• Provide expert product knowledge and clinical support to healthcare professionals, especially in surgical mesh and wound care.
• Conduct product demonstrations, in-service training, and hands-on workshops.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both clinical and procurement teams.
• Understand and navigate hospital procurement processes, both in public and private sectors.
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of NUPCO’s procurement systems and national unified contract mechanisms.
• Support the sales team in achieving and exceeding targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and positioning strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities, especially in surgical mesh and surgical consumables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical, healthcare, or science-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in wound care, surgical mesh, or surgical consumables.
• Familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem in Makkah and the Western Region is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in a similar medical sales or product specialist role is strongly preferred.
