Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track technical deliverables across the product lifecycle
• Manage dependencies, risks, and timelines for engineering deliverables
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate requirements..
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals
• Ensure features meet business objectives and user needs.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional technical squad
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure accountability within the team
• Resolve blockers and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
• Drive continuous improvement in development practices, code quality, and delivery speed.
• Maintain clear communication between business and engineering teams

Skills

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Project Manager roles, ideally in fast-paced tech environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and end-to-end software delivery processes.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams.
• Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar).
• Technical background or strong understanding of web/mobile application architecture
