Job description
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Product Manager - Interior is responsible to improve the overall market position and competitiveness of assigned segment, Interior concept, brand, product or solutions portfolio by building in-depth knowledge and understanding of the customer needs, requirements and the market situation, leading to achieve profitable growth and materializing innovations solving customer needs in accordance with segment and category strategies and budget.

This position is based in Jeddah and will report to the Marketing Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive segment, category, brand, product, or solution performance and leverage business potential through projects and processes in cooperation with other functions
  • Responsible for growing category and brand with support from the region, local sales, technical, supply chain, and customer network to achieve agreed financial results and market share.
  • Develop and maintain local assortment and identify market needs, closely, coordinate with different functions to increase market share and profitability as well as assist in the strategies, plan, budget, etc., in order to achieve the company's objectives and targets.
  • Responsible for new product launches and implementations by working closely with local and regional marketing teams in order to drive the success of new innovations.
  • Develop and implement proper pricing and product management strategies by analyzing market information and working closely with the Sales team in order to increase sales and market share in the responsible geographical area.
  • Initiate and implement campaigns, launches, innovations, or similar based on market analysis, competitor monitoring, and customer insight within assigned areas of responsibility

  • Qualification:
    • Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing is perferable.
    • 4-5 years of relevant experience in Marketing field.
    • Fluency in Arabic & English - both verbally and written.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required.
  • Location - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
