Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Officer, based in Dammam. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including sourcing and purchasing goods and services, preparing and processing purchase orders, and have strong awareness about SASO requirements. The role also involves conducting market research, overseeing supplier performance, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and analyzing procurement data to optimize spending and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Procurement and Purchasing processes, with the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
  • Experience in SABER and SASO requirements.
  • Strong skills in preparing and processing Purchase Orders and handling procurement documentation.
  • Experience in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and agreements with suppliers.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating supplier performance, market trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as familiarity with supply chain processes, is a plus.
