About the Role

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to partner with our sales team in driving successful customer engagements. As a trusted advisor, you will play a critical role in responding to RFPs, designing tailored solutions, and delivering compelling product demonstrations that showcase Lucidya’s value. This role is central to winning deals, enabling growth, and supporting our mission to help organizations unlock the full potential of their customer data.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the preparation of RFP responses and technical proposals for prospects.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Partner with Account Executives to design customized solutions that address client needs.
  • Manage daily solution consulting requests through HubSpot CRM, prioritizing based on deadlines and customer value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, product, engineering, security, and marketing teams.
  • Support sales meetings, workshops, and occasional travel within Saudi Arabia and internationally.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in presales, customer success, or a customer-facing sales role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and solution design skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and respond to RFPs.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration mindset.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
