Job summary

A leading oil and gas service company in the Riyadh Region seeks a Bit Repair Operator to perform various manual/machine grinding, blast cleaning, and thermal tasks. Responsibilities include assembling components, inspecting parts, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. Candidates should have a technical diploma in metal fabrication or welding, and 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing. TIG welding and Oxy fuel brazing experience are desirable. Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Previous welding experience in a light/heavy fabrication environment is advantageous.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assembling components to engineering drawings and set procedures.
• Good knowledge and practical skills in various metal welding processes.
• Inspect parts according to specified frequency and report non-conformances.

Skills

TIG Welding competencies

Oxy fuel hardfacing and brazing processes

Understanding of Fanuc CNC controls

Working knowledge within an engineering environment

Working knowledge of mechanical assembly

Education
