As we expand our market presence, we are looking for a technical Pre‑Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between customer needs and our cutting‑edge wireless solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Pre‑Sales & Customer Engagement
  • Work closely with sales teams and customers to understand technical requirements and propose tailored wireless solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof‑of‑concept (PoC) setups for clients.
  • Act as a technical advisor, addressing customer concerns and ensuring seamless integration of our technology.
Solution Design & Proposal Development
  • Design wireless network architectures using our 60 GHz solutions based on customer needs.
  • Develop and deliver technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation.
  • Assist in network planning, link budget calculations, and feasibility assessments.
Collaboration & Training
  • Work with engineering and product teams to ensure alignment between sales and technology.
  • Train internal teams, partners, and customers on Atheer's wireless solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in pre‑sales, technical sales, or wireless network engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of RF design, mmWave, or microwave solutions.
  • Hands‑on experience with wireless network planning tools is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and customer interaction skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business‑friendly solutions.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, demonstrations, and field support.
