Job summary

A consulting firm in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects successfully. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5–7 years of experience in Project Management or related roles. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and a strong understanding of PMO frameworks are required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. Experience in the industrial, energy, or services sectors is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years in Project Management, PMO, or Strategy Execution roles.
• Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks, project governance, and project lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall / Agile).
• Proven ability to manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in developing PMO policies, procedures, templates, and reporting structures.
• Ability to track project KPIs, risks, timelines, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Primavera).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
