JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled PMIS Specialist to join our project management team. As a PMIS Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing the Project Management Information System (PMIS) to support our diverse projects. Your expertise will contribute to the effective tracking and reporting of project performance, enhancing decision-making and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and administration of PMIS tools and systems to support project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure that project data is accurately captured, reported, and utilized for effective decision-making.
  • Analyze project performance metrics and generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders and management.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to project teams on PMIS functionalities and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures related to PMIS usage and data management.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and users to resolve PMIS-related issues and enhance system capabilities.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve PMIS practices and tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in managing or administering project management information systems.
  • Strong proficiency in PMIS tools and software, particularly those focused on project planning, tracking, and reporting.
