Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an HSE Section Head to lead health, safety, and environment initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop HSE policies, conduct training, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree, 5-10 years of experience in HSE within the pharmaceutical or industrial sectors, and strong knowledge of local regulations. Preferred certifications include NEBOSH or IOSH.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in HSE within the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing HSE programs and leading teams.
  • Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Lead risk assessments and safety audits.
  • Conduct HSE training programs for employees and management.
  • Monitor compliance and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on evolving HSE regulations and industry trends.
