A leading oil and gas company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an HR Administrative Support to ensure the accuracy of personnel records and assist in various HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and between 0 to 3 years of experience in HR administration. Proficiency in English and/or Arabic at level B2 is required. This role includes preparing HR documents and contributing to compliance reporting, adhering to confidentiality and operational standards.
Providing administrative support to the HR unit, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of personnel records, and assisting in HR-related tasks.
Highest level of confidentiality and access to information which unauthorized disclosure could be expected to have a severe or catastrophic adverse effect on organizational operations, organizational assets, or individuals.

Todas0 to 3 years related experience covering HR administration in oil & gas sector organization.
Academic background includes a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
