About the role

The people operations associate will be responsible for performing people‑related duties in the areas of onboarding, offboarding, policy implementation, and employment‑law compliance.
This role reports directly to the People Operations Manager and will be based in our Riyadh HQ.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, etc.) and ensure compliance.
  • Ensure compliant processes in organizational changes, following country policies and documentation.
  • Manage visa processes and coordinate with VFS agencies.
  • Report on visa quota and compliance with MOL regulations.
  • Provide a first‑class relocation experience for employees moving to KSA.
  • Take full accountability of Iqama operations for employees and dependents (renewals, transfer of sponsorship, additions, exit re‑entry visas, etc.).
  • Ensure Saudization compliance and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports.
  • Manage HRIS updates for all organizational changes in a timely and accurate manner.
    Prepare headcount reporting and maintain workforce data
  • Manage the ticketing system, ensuring SLA and quality targets are met.
  • Support KSA employees with employee service requests (HR letters, bank certificates, etc.).
  • Process HRIS change requests (e.g., bank account changes, dependent additions).

Experience
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skilled in data analysis and comfortable making impactful decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of government platforms and labor regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
