A leading lubricants supplier in Saudi Arabia is looking for an HR professional to manage payroll processes, oversee employee attendance, and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Finance or Human Resources and possess at least 5 years of HR administration experience. Proficiency in both Arabic and English, along with excellent Excel skills, is required for this role. The position is based in Jeddah, Makkah Region.

Carries out / participates in a range of human resources activities including all payroll process compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll control records, and calculating payroll’s deduction and increments, if any, allocated cost center, handling investigation procedure and some statistic reports.
Ensure the monthly payroll is running smoothly and entering overtime entitlement.
Maintaining allowance and deducting after closing monthly and ensuring there is no such duplication are taken place.
Prepare bounce list and distribute it to beneficiaries after coordination with finance.
Coordinate with all departments to prepare and review annual budget requirements, including new positions, planned replacements, and exceptional salary adjustments. Consolidate all inputs into a unified file for endorsement and submission to the CHRO.
Process payroll uploads and banking entries through the designated bank platform, ensuring accurate data submission. Coordinate proactively with the Treasury Department to secure the required funds before payroll release.
Calculate end-of-service benefits in full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and ensure payments are processed within the mandated timelines. Maintain complete documentation and verification of all related transactions.
Manage and reconcile all employee loan and advance records, oversee monthly deductions, and ensure full alignment with payroll and Finance records.
Execute daily business travel payments, verify supporting documents, and ensure accurate inclusion within payroll and financial records.
Reconcile payroll-related bank statements on a monthly basis and provide Finance with a summarized report of total amounts, without individual transaction details.
Provides Recruitment Manager ranking result and then adjust the salaries based on employee’s evaluation before issuing appraisal letter at the end of the year.
Ensures that all jobs / names of employees are allocated in the system to the correct cost center. Reviews all allocations of employees, ensures this match the correct cost center on an annual and monthly basis. Follows up on discrepancies to obtain manager approval for change, and passes to Finance for action.
Supervise employee attendance and send report to the concern managers upon his / her request.
Investigation issues with employees and issues warning letters if required.
Degree in Finance / Human Resources

5 years’ experience in HR administration with an in depth knowledge of the Saudi labor law
Excellent PC skills including Excel
Fluent in Arabic and English
