Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute Italian pastry and dessert items to brand and quality standards.
  • Manage mise‑en‑place and section organisation for daily service.
  • Support senior pastry chefs during service and production.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance.
  • Assist with stock control, storage, and waste minimisation.
  • Contribute to consistency, presentation, and timely service.

SAR 6,000 per month (tax‑free)
