Description

We are looking for an experiencedOut Systems Development Lead Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade web and mobile applications using theOutSystems low-code platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background, proven leadership in managing development teams, and extensive hands-on experience withOutSystems,integrations, andDevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development ofweb and mobile applications using theOutSystems platform.
• Define and enforcebest practices,coding standards, anddesign patterns for scalable OutSystems solutions.
• Oversee theSDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate withbusiness analysts,architects, andinfrastructure teams to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
• Design and implementsystem integrations usingREST/SOAP APIs with various enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, WSO2, OpenText).
• UtilizeOutSystems Service Studio,Integration Studio, andLifetime for architecture, development, and deployment management.
• Manage and optimizeCI/CD pipelines using tools such asAzure DevOps,Jenkins, orGitLab.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality assurance and performance optimization.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and delivery process.

Requirements

• Minimum of6 years of experience insoftware development, including at least4 years of hands-on experience developing applications using theOutSystems platform.
• Proven experienceleading development teams andmanaging project life cycles (SDLC) using OutSystems.
• Participation inlarge-scale projects involvingintegration of OutSystems with other enterprise systems such asERP,CRM,WSO2, andOpenText.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in developingadvanced web and mobile applications usingOutSystems.
  • Strong experience inarchitectural design for OutSystems solutions, includingService Studio,Integration Studio, andLifetime.
  • Expertise in designing and implementingintegrations using REST/SOAP APIs, and connecting applications tovarious databases.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such asC#,.NET,SQL,JavaScript,HTML, andCSS.
  • Experience managingCI/CD pipelines and deployments using tools such asAzure DevOps,Jenkins, orGitLab.
• Certifications:
• OutSystems Professional or OutSystems Expert (Tech Lead) certification is preferred.
• Agile/Scrum or PMP certifications are considered a strong plus.
