Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
• 1-3 years of experience in managing processes and people.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing end to end UTR operations for one large site or multiple small sites.
• Meeting customer facing metrics while maintaining operational quality targets.
• Driving performance management and implementing training for team members.
