As an Office Services Assistant, you will serve the needs of the business, guests, and colleagues by ensuring all guest rooms are well maintained, cleaned, and safe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness of all guest rooms at all times.
  • Clean designated facility areas including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, and restroom cleaning.
  • Clean and maintain all working equipment used.
  • Empty trash bins and keep track of the cleaning schedule.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, use and store chemicals properly, and use necessary safety materials when carrying out tasks.
  • Maintain accurate logs for lost and found items and notify management of deficiencies or repair needs.
  • Work efficiently in a high‑performing and fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Basic English skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with familiarity with weekly and monthly checklists.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Basic communication skills and excellent organization and time management.
