Overview

Administrative Assistant. We are searching for a liable Administrative Assistant to carry out a selection of administrative as well as clerical jobs. Duties include offering assistance to our supervisors as well as workers, helping in daily office needs, and managing our business's general management activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide solution as well as direct telephone contact
  • Organize and schedule visits
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and disperse email, communication memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Aid in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and preserve workplace policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new offers and suppliers
  • Preserve contact listings
