Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services
    • Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
    • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
    • Ensure guest safety and comfort during overnight hours.
  • Audit & Accounting
    • Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare audit reports.
    • Balance room charges, taxes, and other revenue sources.
    • Verify and correct discrepancies in billing and payments.
    • Generate and distribute daily revenue and occupancy reports.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
    • Monitor room availability and update the system accordingly.
    • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and folios.
  • Security & Safety
    • Monitor hotel premises for security concerns.
    • Respond to emergency situations and follow safety protocols.
    • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
