Job summary

A leading global company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced National Sales Manager. The role involves creating value through selling, coordinating, and ensuring sales targets are met. Candidates must have a degree and at least 5 years of Sales Management experience, preferably in the elevator and escalator industry. The total compensation package is estimated at around 25-30k SAR per month. Only Saudi and Arab nationals currently residing in Saudi Arabia will be considered.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience at Sales Management level.
  • Must have experience in Elevator & Escalator companies.
  • High follow-up skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and implement annual Sales Plan in support of objectives.
  • Identify and maintain positive relationships with major customers.
  • Organize and coach Sales Engineers to achieve sales budget.

We are lookingfor an experienced National SalesManager to be based Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Reporting to: Branch Manager

The NationalSales Manager create added value through selling, Coordinating, follow up andensure the sales targets, in accordance to the company sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepareand implement annual Sales Plan in support of Territory and CorporateObjectives.
  • Enforcesystematic sales management practices with processes and tools applied.
  • Identifyall major potential customers, including national accounts to establish,develop and maintain positive relationships.
  • Organize,focus, coach and direct all Sales engineers on growing the business andachieving sales budget.
  • Providesupport, training and mentoring to the Sales force.
  • Trackperformance vs. objective for all Sales Engineers.
  • Directsales for key client project in his area and any other medium size (Above1.5 M SAR) project needed to compensate his team’s shortfall.
  • Developlocal sales budgets in line with the national targets.
  • Develop,coordinate and facilitate Territory sales training programs.
  • Maintainlead role for initiatives, policies and programs by working closelywithSuperintendents, and ProductLines.
  • Developcorrective actions where appropriate.
  • Participatein the interviewing, and screening and hiring process for all new NI Salesengineers.
  • Plan andexecute any other activity needed to achieve the agreed target
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Degreequalified
  • Minimum 5years of experience – should be at Sales Management level now
  • Must have experience in Elevator & Escalatorcompanies
  • Excellentknowledge of MS applications (Excel – Word - Powerpoint)
  • Peopleorientation
  • Highfollow up skills
  • Saudi & Arab nationals only (in Saudi now)
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
  • Salary tobe used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interviewperformance
  • As a guide around 25-30k SAR per month total package
