Lead sales, expand market share, and strengthen key customer relationships as our National Sales Manager across the Kingdom

Key Responsibilities
Lead Sales Strategy
  • Design and implement sales strategies across all channels and product categories.
  • Introduce best practices and initiatives to enhance performance.
  • Lead the sales team and coordinate with other departments to achieve business goals.
  • Respond quickly to market changes and develop contingency plans.
Plan & Monitor Performance
  • Set annual and quarterly sales targets and track progress.
  • Monitor performance across regions, products, and channels using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to optimize stock levels.
  • Support promotional campaigns and sales programs.
Customer & Market Focus
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across Retail, Wholesale, and Key Accounts.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for untapped markets.
  • Work with R&D on product launches to meet market needs.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Manage and inspire sales teams across the Kingdom.
  • Ensure the right people are in the right roles to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide coaching, training, and recognition to drive performance.
Brand & Marketing Collaboration
  • Support brand strategy execution for consistency across channels.
  • Contribute to marketing plans to enhance product visibility and sales.
