This is a multi-role campaign designed to attract talent across several commercial functions, including business development, key account management, sales operations/enablement, demand generation, digital/performance marketing, brand and communications, product/industry marketing, and go-to-market execution.
These opportunities suit professionals ready to lead initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and progress toward leadership pathways such as Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, Sales Director, Marketing Director, or Commercial Director (depending on specialism and scope).
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and/or marketing strategies aligned to revenue growth, pipeline targets, market share, and brand objectives Own go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, channel strategy, and integrated campaign delivery Drive new business development and account growth through structured prospecting, relationship management, and account planning (role-dependent) Manage key customer relationships to support retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell outcomes Plan, deliver, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, email, content, events, partnerships), tracking ROI and conversion performance Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance dashboards to guide prioritisation and decision-making Partner with product, operations, finance, and customer teams to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes Create or improve processes, playbooks, and KPI frameworks to enable scalable growth Coach and mentor team members; support onboarding and performance development where applicable Maintain compliant marketing and data-handling practices aligned with applicable Saudi requirements (e.

g., revenue growth, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition, conversion improvement, retention) Working knowledge of common commercial systems (depending on specialism), such as: CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics Marketing automation: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua Analytics/reporting: GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI Ad platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (role-dependent) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting recommendations and performance updates to senior leadership Commercial and analytical capability to interpret data, build business cases, and prioritise activity for impact Employment terms are governed by contract and applicable Saudi labour regulations; some roles may also be subject to localisation requirements (Saudisation/Nitaqat) depending on employer and role type
