About the role

To ensure all merchandising functions, responsibilities, sampling and POSM activities are coordinated, properly recorded and reported within the region as well as to Head Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and update market intelligence reports on Almarai and competitors to track regional market trends.
  • Maintain merchandising staff KPI reports to support performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate POSM activities with stakeholders for smooth implementation.
  • Manage reports on POS and display unit dispatches, disposals, and inventory.
  • Update staff movement reports (attendance, transfers, disengagements) for workforce tracking.
  • Organize national in-store sampling programs initiated by Trade Marketing.
  • Support internal and external sponsorship activities with PR and Trade Marketing teams.
  • Assist the Regional Merchandising Manager with merchandising and trade marketing projects.
