The Medical Representative is responsible for meeting Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to disseminate scientific and technical information in relation to Galderma products to support HCPs in meeting patient needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide scientific information on Galderma products and conduct science-based product messages where the product could support HCPs in meeting patient needs.
• Provide a broader range of content on the therapeutic area to health care providers.
• Support health care providers onboarding into Galderma’s online scientific platforms.
• Conduct market research on the therapeutic area across health care providers.
• Engage healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
• Acts as key Point of Contact for seamless (compliant) reactive-only connection to Galderma SMEs and resources.
• Orchestrate ideal patient experience through relevant content selection based on knowledge of customer preferences.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned territory.
• Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.
• Ensures excellent medical knowledge related to his / her disease area and product.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (science / pharmacy) or equivalent experience / qualification.
• Licensed pharmacist - eligible to practice in KSA.
• Saudi National is mandatory.
• English fluency and Arabic speaking is mandatory.
