A pharmaceutical company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales Representative to engage with healthcare professionals and promote products through presentations and visits. Responsibilities

  • Prepare professional presentations to introduce products to doctors and healthcare providers.
  • Visit doctors based on cold calling or appointments.
  • Follow up with healthcare providers about product supply and feedback.
  • Plan sales target forecasting and act accordingly.
  • Persuade doctors to prescribe products utilizing effective selling skills.
  • Provide details to customers through calls and in-person visits.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Prepare professional presentations to introduce the company products to doctors & other healthcare providers.
  • Pay frequent visits to doctors based on cold calling or already arranged appointments.
  • Follow up with doctors & other healthcare providers about stock supply & consumptions of the company product along with feedback.
  • Plan forecasting of sales target for each successive month and acts accordingly.
  • Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills.
  • Make telephone calls and pay in-person visits to provide details to existing and prospective customers to cover all assigned medical centers according to their potentiality.
  • Cooperate and coordinate with sales & collection teams frequently.
  • Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities to achieve the assigned target on monthly, quarterly and annually basis.
  • Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest medical data.
  • Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
  • Stay up to date with new developments in the field in order to provide competitive information to customers.
  • Provide the management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
