Responsibilities

• Assisting in maintaining plant production by making repairs within the scope of expertise.
• Making maintenance repairs on plant equipment and performing preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Monitoring and operating various pieces of equipment associated with manufacturing, production, or process facility requirements.
• Assisting with the transporting, loading, and unloading of machinery and equipment, cleaning out production equipment, and collecting samples for analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a mechanical technician in a chemical process plant.
• Diploma with good mechanical aptitude.
• Demonstrated analytical and computer skills.
