  • Prepare various reports on project status.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all mechanical activities in compliance with the contract and project requirements in the most cost-efficient method.
  • Awareness of contract and project requirements.
  • Prepares the required project mechanical documents such as Material Submittals, Method Statement, Inspection Request, clearances, etc.
  • Manages project assets, tools, equipment, machines, and inventory and ensures to be on top condition.
  • Coordinates mechanical concerns to the team and external stakeholders upon the manager’s confirmation.
  • Establishes schedules and methods for providing plant operations and maintenance services; identifies resource needs; reviews needs with appropriate management staff; allocates resources accordingly.
  • Trouble shooting, issue identification, and resolution particularly with respect to process, operation, and equipment operation.
  • Prepares required daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Partly responsible in implementing HSE requirements.
  • Ensures that all mechanical milestones/goals/KPIs are achieved within the given timeframe.
  • Plans, schedules, and assign tasks/responsibilities to team and prepare reports related to the completion of projects.
  • Organizes/attends meetings and creates the minutes.
  • Carry out other tasks assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or any related field required.
  • 0-2 years experience in operations and maintenance projects/contracts and wastewater treatment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in various computer software and applications.
  • Quick decision-making ability.
  • Organized and excellent time management.
  • High sense of responsibility and commitment to work.
  • English (Advance)
