ROLE OVERVIEW: The Account Manager will play a central role in delivering 54’s marketing work across key clients in KSA. Reporting into the Senior Account Lead or Account Director, the role will ensure high quality execution across all marketing campaigns, social media activity, content production, PR & comms and on-ground activations.

You will act as the day‑to‑day client contact, coordinating internal specialist teams and external partners to deliver work on time, on brief and to the highest standards. The role requires strong project management, a deep understanding of sport in Saudi Arabia, proactive communication skills and the confidence to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client and Project Management

  • Serve as the primary daily contact for clients, managing briefs, timelines and updates.
  • Coordinate internal teams (Creative, Social, Comms, Events, Content Production) to deliver agreed workstreams.
  • Maintain WIP trackers, project timelines and status reports, ensuring clear alignment across stakeholders.
  • Support in delivering strategy presentations, reports and performance reviews.

Campaign Delivery

  • Translate strategic direction into executable campaign plans.
  • Work with creative teams to develop campaign look and feel, and ensure assets follow brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency, accuracy and timeliness.

Social Media / Content Coordination

  • Support the planning, execution and optimisation of content calendars across platforms.
  • Coordinate with content creators, photographers, videographers and editors to deliver assets.
  • Use analytics and insights to improve performance and enhance storytelling.

Partner Relations

  • Build trust with key stakeholders, including federations, suppliers, event partners and government entities.
  • Manage external agencies, vendors and production partners.
  • Ensure alignment across departments to maximise campaign impact.

Reporting and performance

  • Prepare clear updates for senior clients and internal management.
  • Track KPIs across social, digital, campaign performance, content output and event delivery.
  • Support the development of post‑event and post‑campaign reports.
SPECIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/APTITUDES NEEDED:
  • Native Arabic and English speaker
  • Experience in marketing, communications or account management, preferably in sport or major events.
  • Strong understanding of KSA sports, lifestyle and media landscape.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Confident communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams with tight deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross‑functionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software (PowerPoint / Pitch).
  • Demonstrated passion for sport and creative marketing.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
  • Competitive Salary
  • Annual Discretionary Company Bonus – up to 8% - 3% Company & 5% Individual
  • 33 days annual leave (+ public holidays), pro‑rated
  • Working hours will be from 09.00 to 17.30 Sunday to Thursday with an hour taken for lunch between 12.00 and 14.00
