Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist(Content-Led) based in Riyadh

In this role, you will create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram with a clear goal: generate demand for Rekaz, drive product awareness, and bring qualified merchants into our funnel. You’ll turn real problems of gyms, salons, and home service businesses into engaging, educational, and entertaining content that makes them say: “This is What I need!!”.

You will work closely with sales and product teams to understand merchant pain points, translate them into content ideas, and continuously test different hooks, formats, and angles to improve performance.

Daily tasks include:

  • Creating TikTok and Instagram video concepts based on real merchant pain points and use cases
  • Writing hooks, simple scripts, and content outlines for short-form videos
  • Filming and/or directing vertical videos (on mobile) that feel native to TikTok and Reels
  • Editing videos using mobile or desktop tools (cuts, captions, music, basic effects)
  • Publishing content on TikTok and Instagram, including writing captions and CTAs
  • Monitoring performance metrics (views, watch time, saves, comments, click-throughs, signups)
  • Running small experiments on hooks, thumbnails, posting times, and formats
  • Working with the sales team to understand which content brings the best leads
  • Collecting ideas and insights from customer calls, support, and product updates and turning them into content
  • Staying up to date with TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds, and formats relevant to our audience
