Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to lead both commercial alignment and marketing strategy in Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on ensuring seamless collaboration between NOV business units, strengthening customer engagement through integrated solutions, and driving marketing initiatives that enhance NOV’s visibility and market position.

Marketing & Brand Management
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business growth and strengthen NOV’s positioning in Saudi Arabia.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, events, and product launches in alignment with NOV’s global standards.
  • Enhance NOV’s digital presence through targeted social media, content creation, and marketing communications.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, events, and communications.
  • Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to align initiatives with NOV’s overall brand strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in commercial management, sales, or marketing (preferably in the energy, oil & gas, or industrial sectors).
  • Proven track record in managing commercial proposals, customer follow‑up, and cross‑unit collaboration.
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategies, campaign execution, and digital tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple business units and engage with customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Arabic Speaker is a must.
  • Fluent in English.
