Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a motivated professional to conduct assessments and develop improvement plans while leading training initiatives. The ideal candidate will monitor KPIs, implement operational excellence programs, and support continuous improvement strategies. Successful candidates will have experience in training, developing action plans, and working with process owners to enhance performance. This full-time position is located in Industrial City phase 3.

• Experience in conducting internal assessments and training programs.
• Ability to develop and follow up on action plans for improvement.
• Skills in monitoring KPIs and reporting.

• Monitor KPIs and report on operational excellence.

Job description

• Conducting and coaching internal assessment.
• Developing and following up Master plan and Action Plans for improvement activities.
• KPIs monitoring and Reporting.
• Developing the execution of 5S system.
• Conducting new employees’ induction, orientation, and awareness.
• Developing and leading CI training program to driving continuous improvement.
• Leading targeted improvement projects to address improvements across all functions.
• Supporting the development of company standards and best practices.
• Ensuring various operational excellence programs are implemented as per the plan.
• Evaluating plan and implementing Operational Excellence standards in processes and practices.
• Preparing training/awareness materials, train the functions/departments/ teams/ employees.
• Leading the change initiatives with humility guide the departments to achieve perfection in attaining high quality processes.
• Implementing the continuous improvement strategy and managing implementation deliverables.
• Working with process owners to identify improvement areas and creating structured plans to address undesirable performance.
