As a Maintenance Supervisor/Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring all equipment, facilities, and technical operations run efficiently and reliably. Your work will directly impact product quality, customer experience, and operational continuity across outlets, the central kitchen, and the roastery.

Key Accountabilities

Supervise all maintenance operations across café outlets, roastery, and central kitchen, ensuring minimal downtime.

Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for coffee machines, grinders, kitchen equipment, HVAC, and other essential systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to ensure uninterrupted daily operations.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment installation, repairs, and procurement.

Support new store openings by managing equipment setup and site readiness.

Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Train operational staff on basic equipment handling and first-line maintenance.

Monitor spare parts inventory and manage maintenance budgets effectively.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

Minimum 5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the F&B or coffee industry.

Proven experience with commercial coffee equipment, kitchen appliances, and facility systems.

Strong understanding of preventive maintenance systems and safety compliance.

Knowledge of Saudi regulatory standards related to facilities and equipment.

Proficient in maintenance tracking software or CMMS tools.
