Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a maintenance planner or coordinator, preferably in retail.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, fire protection, and building systems.
• Familiar with procurement and inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Preventive Maintenance (PPM) plan for all assets.
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly maintenance schedules.
• Review incoming work requests, verify scope, and prioritize tasks.
