We are seeking a

Senior Maintenance Engineer

with extensive experience in woodwork machinery—especially CNC Holzher machines, Weining machines, Biesse machines, and air compressors. The ideal candidate will be highly hands-on in troubleshooting and maintenance execution, capable of leading technical problem-solving, supporting junior technicians, and ensuring maximum equipment reliability with minimal downtime.

Maintenance Engineering (Hands-on):

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs for CNC Holzher machines (Dynastic, Epicon 5 Axis, Promaster 3 Axis, Sprint).
• Maintain and service Weining machines (Unicut, Unirip, Cube, Promifat).
• Ensure efficient operation and technical support for Biesse machines (Panel Saw EBTR + SK4, Skipper, Akron).
• Maintain and service air compressors (Dari, Fini, Elgi).
• Execute and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans.
• Monitor and report maintenance KPIs (downtime, MTTR, MTBF, PM compliance) and propose actions to improve results.
• Support spare parts planning: identify critical parts, recommend minimum stock levels, and coordinate availability with stores/procurement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security standards, addressing electrical and mechanical hazards and enforcing safe maintenance practices.

Technical Support & Team Guidance:

• Provide on-the-job technical guidance and coaching to maintenance technicians.
• Support shift teams during breakdowns and escalations, ensuring fast and accurate root-cause identification.
• Participate in training and skills development related to CNC systems, electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, and machine calibration.

Coordination & Communication:

• Coordinate with production and quality teams to minimize stoppages and improve machine performance.
• Communicate breakdown status, repair progress, and technical recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on recurring failures, maintenance findings, and improvement actions for senior management.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to reduce repeat failures.
• Recommend and implement reliability improvements (preventive upgrades, sensor/condition monitoring, better maintenance methods).
• Stay updated with modern maintenance technologies and best practices, and apply them to improve performance and safety.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience & Education:

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience, with strong hands-on expertise in woodwork and metalwork machinery.
• Fully experienced with CNC Holzher, Weining, and Biesse machines.
• Senior-level troubleshooting experience is required; leadership exposure (acting lead/shift lead) is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Strong capability in electrical & mechanical maintenance, fault diagnosis, and machine calibration/alignment.
• Solid understanding of PM/PdM/CM maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.

Communication & Ownership:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure during critical breakdowns.

Improvement Mindset:

• Proven ability to implement practical improvements that reduce downtime and enhance safety/quality.
