Job summary

Faena Red Sea is seeking a Housekeeping Public Area Supervisor to lead the public spaces team, ensuring lobbies, restaurants, restrooms, and back-of-house areas meet luxury standards. You will develop daily task checklists, supervise staff, coach on brand standards, and coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in luxury hotel with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with Forbes or 5-Diamond service standards preferred.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and housekeeping management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all housekeeping activities related to public spaces, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and presentation of guest and staff-accessible areas.
• Develop and manage daily task checklists and cleaning schedules for Public Area Attendants.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching, reinforce brand standards, and guide team members through daily operational requirements.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensure safety and budget compliance.
