JOB OVERVIEW

Housekeeping Public Area Supervisor, include and guiding the housekeeping line staff to ensure that guest rooms, public spaces, and back of house areas are cleaned and maintained according to luxury service standard of Faena Red Sea. To lead a team of public area attendants to ensure that lobbies, restaurants, restrooms, and all the common spaces are spotless, well maintained and aligned with the elevated design and the luxury standard of Faena Red Sea. This role managing staffing, inspections, and training of line employees. The ideal candidate leads by example, ensures compliance with brand and regulatory standards, and contributes to the delivery of an exceptional guest experience.
