Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group seeks a Concierge Supervisor for Rosewood Red Sea. Lead daily Concierge operations, delivering personalized service with local expertise and flawless coordination of guest requests from arrival to departure.

You will support development of the Concierge team, maintain luxury service standards, and build relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners to ensure memorable guest experiences in a high-end hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality, Concierge, Guest Relations, or Front Office operations.
• Strong destination knowledge and ability to share recommendations tailored to guest preferences.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise the daily operation of the Concierge desk, ensuring exceptional guest service at all times.
• Assist guests with transportation, dining reservations, destination recommendations, activities, and special requests.
• Build strong relationships with local partners and service providers to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure accurate handling of guest information, itineraries, reservations, and follow-up requests.
• Support the training and development of Concierge associates to maintain luxury service standards.
• Proactively identify opportunities to create memorable and personalized experiences for guests.
