Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Less than 1 year of related experience is suitable.
• Genuine interest in luxury hospitality, restaurant service, and guest care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a courteous, confident, and professional manner during food and beverage service.
• Prepare dining tables, service stations, restaurant supplies, cutlery, glassware, and guest areas according to hotel standards.
• Serve food and drinks accurately while supporting proper timing, presentation, comfort, and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate guest orders, special requests, dietary details, and service needs clearly with kitchen and service colleagues.
• Support the full dining flow from table preparation and guest interaction to clearing, cleaning, and closing tasks.
• Maintain clean work areas, service equipment, restaurant sections, and supplies throughout the shift.
