Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise food and beverage associates during daily service to ensure teamwork and high service quality.
• Monitor dining areas for seating availability, cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort.
• Inspect staff grooming, uniforms, and professional appearance, correcting deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including supplies, equipment checks, and area cleaning.
• Inspect storage areas for cleanliness and FIFO compliance; manage inventories as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment and facility issues; assist hiring, training, and scheduling.
