The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia seeks a Food and Beverage Supervisor - Service to oversee dining operations in a luxury hotel setting. You will coordinate associates, maintain service standards, and ensure guests receive attentive, high-quality hospitality.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of related F&B experience and at least 1 year in supervision. You will lead a premium service team, coach staff, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence daily.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in food and beverage service.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of guest service standards and operational discipline.
• Ability to supervise staff, assign tasks, and coach associates.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise food and beverage associates during daily service to ensure teamwork and high service quality.
• Monitor dining areas for seating availability, cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort.
• Inspect staff grooming, uniforms, and professional appearance, correcting deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including supplies, equipment checks, and area cleaning.
• Inspect storage areas for cleanliness and FIFO compliance; manage inventories as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment and facility issues; assist hiring, training, and scheduling.
