Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Less than 1 year of related work experience in food and beverage service or hotel operations.
• Interest in luxury hospitality, restaurant service, guest interaction, and food and beverage operations.
• Ability to remain active on the floor for long periods in a fast-paced hotel dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, dining areas, service stations, utensils, glassware, and restaurant supplies before and during meal service.
• Serve food and beverages accurately while maintaining proper timing, presentation, and guest comfort.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues to confirm orders, special requests, dietary details, and service priorities.
• Interact with guests in a polite and confident manner, supporting a welcoming and attentive dining experience.
• Keep work areas, service counters, restaurant sections, and guest-facing spaces clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow company policies, food hygiene standards, workplace safety rules, grooming requirements, and quality procedures.
• Read and verify menu information, guest orders, bills, and service instructions to help prevent mistakes during service.
• Support smooth guest transactions and ensure service moments feel thoughtful, natural, and professionally handled.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, pulling, stooping, staying active for extended periods, moving, lifting, carrying, and pushing service items safely.
• Assist team members during busy dining periods, special events, guest requests, and changing operational demands.
• Complete reasonable duties assigned by supervisors while keeping guest satisfaction and service consistency as priorities.
