Qualifications

• High school diploma, secondary school certificate, G.E.D. equivalent, or similar educational background.
• Less than 1 year of related experience in food and beverage service, restaurant service, guest service, hospitality, or customer-facing work.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily food and beverage service by preparing dining areas, tables, supplies, and service stations.
• Set tables according to hotel standards and ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Welcome guests professionally and assist with their dining needs throughout the service period.
• Communicate with the kitchen team to support timely service and accurate guest orders.
• Serve food and beverages with care, attention, and professional presentation.
• Respond to guest requests and help create a warm, smooth, and memorable dining experience.
• Clear used items from tables and maintain cleanliness of guest-facing and back-of-house service areas.
• Read and visually verify menu information, guest requests, service details, and order-related instructions.
• Follow company policies, food service procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean uniform, professional appearance, and clear communication throughout the shift.
• Support team members to complete restaurant service tasks and meet shared operational goals.
• Move through dining areas, service stations, and kitchen service routes safely and efficiently.
• Work on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces when required by operational areas.
• Stand, sit, walk, bend, twist, pull, stoop, reach overhead, and reach below the knees during service duties.
