The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of logistics/supply chain experience in the industrial sector, including 2+ years in a supervisory role. Key responsibilities include managing supplier performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading the logistics team to drive efficiency. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills and a solid understanding of Saudi customs processes.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in inbound logistics/supply chain within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi customs clearance, import documentation, and SASO processes.
• Experience with local and overseas freight forwarders and suppliers.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor with a strong background in the industrial sector to manage inbound shipments, coordinate suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, ensuring timely delivery at the lowest landed cost and full compliance with Saudi regulations. The role involves hands‑on customs clearance and managing relationships with local and overseas freight forwarders and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound shipments, validate shipping documents, and monitor freight movements.
• Manage supplier & 3PL performance, lead review calls, and support rate negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with SASO, customs, HSE, and ACC policies.
• Reconcile warehouse receipts with purchase orders and analyze landed cost and lead‑time trends.
• Lead, coach, and develop the inbound logistics team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in inbound logistics/supply chain within the industrial or manufacturing sector, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi customs clearance, import documentation, and SASO processes.
• Experience with local and overseas freight forwarders and suppliers.
• Hands‑on experience with transportation and warehouse management systems.
• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering (CSCP/CLTD preferred).
