Job summary

A leading logistics company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day dispatch and shipment operations. This role involves preparing documentation, ensuring timely invoicing, and coordinating with various internal teams. Candidates should possess a Diploma or University Degree and have over 3 years of experience in logistics or related fields. Qualifications

  • More than 3 years' experience in Logistics, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance or related fields (Preferably FMCG).
  • Certification in MS Office is preferred.

Position Description

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for day-to-day dispatch and shipment management for SNZMP/NFIC-sourced customer orders at our KSA operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all required documentation and arrange transportation for daily dispatches
  • Ensure on-time system invoicing for domestic (post-loading) and export orders (post-BL/Bayan)
  • Prepare dispatch documents including Health Certificates, Certificates of Origin and Veterinary Certificates
  • Maintain and track transporter invoices and coordinate with Finance and Procurement for booking payments in JDE
  • Achieve/complete all required entries of customer orders in Customer Connect
  • Reconcile Customer Connect and JDE orders (quantities, PO numbers, destinations)
  • Update shipment schedules in Customer Connect
  • Obtain dispatch/shipment documents from relevant ministries
  • Maintain Logistics KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders-Customer Service, Warehouse, Procurement, Quality, Finance, Production-for daily dispatch/shipment activities
  • Maintain and record monthly dispatch/shipment reports
  • Share weekly and monthly shipment schedules with transporters
  • Coordinate with Planning for shipment schedule updates in Customer Connect
  • Adapt and transact market-specific requirements on time (especially for Iraq and emerging markets)
  • Maintain day-to-day system transaction records in e-files
  • Obtain Bayan/BL from clearing agents/forwarders to ensure timely invoicing
You would possess the following:
  • A Diploma or University Degree
  • Certification in MS Office (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in Arabic (Read & Write) and good English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • More than 3 years' experience in Logistics, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance or related fields (Preferably FMCG)
