Job summary

A leading architectural firm in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Lead Architect to lead and manage projects from concept to completion. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, at least 8 years of experience, including 5 years in a leadership role, and hands-on experience with High-Rise and Hotel projects. Strong knowledge of building codes and zoning laws is essential, along with excellent creative thinking and design expertise. This role involves engaging with clients, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with all requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional architectural experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with High-Rise & Hotel projects is mandatory.
• GCC experience (minimum 2 years) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review, approve, and ensure accuracy of drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Optimize resource allocation to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Integrate industry trends, new technologies, and best practices into designs.
• Support HSE initiatives and uphold company and IMS safety standards.
