Job summary

Protectol Health in Saudi Arabia is seeking a proactive HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and compliance with Saudi Labour Law. The role demands hands-on experience with government portals and HR systems.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, contracts, records, and payroll data, while coordinating with managers on Saudization and workforce planning. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2-3 years of HR experience within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience using Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and Absher portals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience with HRIS/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Teamwork and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, salary certificates, and HR correspondence.
• Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
• Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, and documentation.
• Support attendance, leaves, and payroll data preparation.
