Job summary

Arbete Careers seeks an HR Executive in Riyadh to manage recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and government-related HR activities. The role supports payroll inputs, employee relations, and learning initiatives while ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of HR experience, a Bachelor's in HR or related field, and strong English/Arabic communication skills. CIPD/SHRM or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5–6 years of HR experience relevant to the Saudi market.
• CIPD/SHRM or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS.
• Coordinate Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Iqama, visa and related HR processes.
• Support payroll inputs, leave administration, and attendance records.
• Handle employee relations and HR queries.
• Support performance management activities.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company HR policies.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with PROs and relevant government authorities.
